CPI & InSCOPE project and ReMedieES project invite you to attend this one day event to showcase recent development and future opportunities in smart packaging.
The event features a series of presentations from industry experts in hybrid and embedded printable electronics, discussions, networking and a tour of CPI’s newly expanded printable electronics scale-up facility. Join us to hear about CPI’s input as a collaborative partner in the ReMedieES project (RE-configuring MEDicines End-to-end Supply), which was headed up by GSK and examines how the global medicines manufacture and supply sector, from patient to patient, can be reshaped to meet the needs, expectations and budgets of the world we serve. Project partners will present their findings from the ReMedieES project and discuss the pharma approach to smart packaging.
Also, discover the opportunities presented by the InSCOPE project, which supplies a pilot line service to advance the accuracy and reliability for hybrid printable electronics. A tour of CPI’s newly expanded printable electronics facility will take place in the afternoon. Located a short distance away, this new bespoke facility provides state of the art open access facilities and technical expertise. This is where key enabling technologies for IoT connected products are developed and it offers an end to end process from initial concept and design, through to assembly and scale-up. Guests will see the roll to roll development cases, the demonstrators produced as an output of the InSCOPE project, along with the scale-up potential for this technology in variety of packaging applications.
